Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and IT Pro Services LLC ("ITPS", "we"), based in Jacksonville, Florida, for the use of ITPS GEO at https://itpsgeo.com. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What ITPS GEO does

ITPS GEO asks AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity and Claude) questions a customer might ask about businesses like yours and shows you what they answered. It also checks your website, prepares structured data, llms.txt and FAQs, and can write articles for your website and send them to your WordPress site through our plugin.

2. No guaranteed results

AI assistants and search engines decide on their own what to recommend and rank, and their answers change over time. We measure and report what they say and do work that can make a recommendation more likely, but we cannot and do not promise any particular ranking, recommendation, traffic or number of customers.

3. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract for your business.

4. Plans, billing and renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time under Plan & credits; your plan then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Onboarding fees are charged once. Prices are shown before tax. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable.

5. Credits

Plans include monthly credits that reset each month and do not roll over. Credits you buy do not expire while your account is open. Credits are used for AI work such as visibility checks and articles, at the prices shown under Plan & credits. We only take credits for work that is completed; if an action fails, its credits are returned. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable.

6. Content we write for you

Articles, FAQs and other text written with AI are based on the information in your business profile. You are responsible for checking content before it is published and for everything published on your website, including if you choose automatic publishing. Tell us if something is wrong and we will help fix it. You own the content we write for you once it is delivered.

7. Your website and the WordPress plugin

You may only connect websites you own or are allowed to manage. The plugin adds only what you switch on. You can remove it at any time; posts it created stay on your site.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use ITPS GEO to break the law, to misrepresent a business, to create spam or misleading content, to attack or overload any system, or to check websites you have no right to check. We may suspend accounts that do.

9. Our service

We work to keep ITPS GEO available but it may sometimes be unavailable or change. We rely on third-party services (AI providers, Stripe, email and hosting); their outages can affect ours.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account under Account at any time once no paid subscription is active. We may close accounts that break these terms. Sections 2, 5, 6, 11 and 12 continue to apply after your account ends.

11. Liability

ITPS GEO is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Duval County, Florida.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is important we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
