Privacy Policy

This policy explains what IT Pro Services LLC ("ITPS", "we"), Jacksonville, Florida, collects when you use ITPS GEO at https://itpsgeo.com, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and a hashed password, or — if you sign in with Google or Microsoft — the name, email address and account ID they share with us. We never receive your Google or Microsoft password.
• Your business profile: business name, website, address, phone, hours, services, FAQs and the other details you enter.
• Results and content: AI visibility audit results, website check results, and the articles and FAQs written for you.
• Free AI check: the business details and email address you enter on the free check page, and whether you agreed to receive tips.
• Billing: your plan, payments and invoices. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Technical data: IP address and security logs (sign-ins, changes to your account), used to keep accounts safe.
• WordPress plugin: your site's address, your site key, and the ID and address of posts the plugin creates.

How we use it

To provide ITPS GEO: to run the checks you ask for, write your content, deliver it to your website, bill you, send you service emails (such as sign-in links, results and receipts), prevent abuse, and support you. If you opted in on the free check, we may email you occasional tips; you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

• AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Perplexity and Anthropic) receive the questions we ask about your business and the business details needed to write your content. We use their business APIs.
• Stripe processes payments. Google and Microsoft handle sign-in if you use them. Our email provider sends our emails. Our hosting provider stores the data.
• IndexNow: when the WordPress plugin publishes an article, it can send the article's web address to IndexNow (used by Bing and other search engines). You can switch this off in the plugin.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in. It is deleted when you close your browser or sign out.

How long we keep it

While your account is open. When you delete your account we remove your profile, users, sign-in connections, audits, website checks and articles. We keep payment and credit records as long as tax and accounting law requires, and security logs for a limited time.

Your choices and rights

You can see and change your details under Account and Business profile, and delete your account under Account. You can ask us for a copy of your data or ask a question at support@it-ps.net. Depending on where you live you may have other rights, such as to object or complain to a regulator.

Security

Passwords are hashed, secret keys are encrypted, the site uses HTTPS, and staff access is limited by role, with two-step verification at sign-in.

Children

ITPS GEO is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy in an important way we will tell you by email or in the app.
